Free Shippings for Standard Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after receipt. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, shipment processing will begin the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only temporary.
We do not ship to the following areas:

Are there any additional costs for return shipping?
We cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items as part of our commitment to excellent service.
However, for non-quality returns (such as change of mind, incorrect purchase, or no defect found after inspection), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
How will my delivery be shipped?
Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out CASABREWS products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.
I ordered more than one item. Will they be delivered at the same time?
We make every effort to ensure that all your items arrive together. However, depending on product availability or shipping methods, some items may be shipped separately. Once each item has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking details.
Can I cancel the order after the package has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot recall a package once it has been dispatched.
If you no longer wish to keep the machine, you may return it after receiving it. Please note that return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility for non-quality-related returns.
Can I change the delivery address of package after it has been shipped out?
Once a product has been shipped and is en route, we are unable to change the delivery address.
What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
