0.3oz rum

0.3oz caramel syrup

5oz whole milk

Cocoa powder

Directions


  • Brew espresso using your espresso machine.

  • Add espresso, ice cubes, rum, and caramel syrup to a shaker.

  • Shake vigorously until a frothy foam forms.

  • Pour milk into a glass, and stir well.

  • Add ice cubes to the glass 6 full.

  • Pour the frothed coffee mixture into the glass.

  • Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
