1 shot of espresso
Ice cubes
7 oz milk
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Cinnamon powder (to taste)
Pumpkin puree
Whipped cream
A sprig of rosemary
Directions
Heat 7 oz of milk, then infuse it with 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, a little pumpkin puree. Stir well to blend the flavors.
Fill a cup with ice cubes.
Pour the infused milk into the cup over the espresso and ice.
