Ingredients


1 shot of espresso

Ice cubes

7 oz milk

0.35 oz sugar

2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

Pumpkin spice (optional, for garnish)

Directions


  • In a glass, add 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree on the walls. 

  • Add ice cubes and pour in 7 oz of milk.

  • Brew one shot of espresso and let it cool to room temperature.

  • Add 0.35 oz sugar to the espresso and whip a whisk or electric mixer until the espresso is frothy, forming peaks.

  • Gently spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the milk and pumpkin mixture.

  • Optionally sprinkle with pumpkin spice on the top.

  • Garnish with colorful sprinkles.
