0.8oz orange sauce

0.7oz drinking water 

2.71oz espresso

0.3oz syrup

Directions

  • Brew espresso using your espresso machine.

  • Add orange pulp and orange sauce to the glass.

  • Mix them together.

  • Add still water and syrup, then stir well.

  • Add ice cubes to the glass to 6 full.

  • Add sparkling water to the glass to 8 full.

  • Pour cold brew coffee over the mixture.
